Scratch #484 Citrus Wheat is a collaboration by the Women of Tröegs, an internal community of amazing ladies here at the brewery. On a smooth backbone of wheat, pilsner and Vienna malts, we brewed with the Pink Boots Society proprietary hop blend for notes of citrus and sweet fruit. Dry hopping with Centennial, Citra and Simcoe is what really makes this hazy gold wheat ale pop with a bright spritz of citrus. An addition of True Grapefruit Crystals – a first for Tröegs – makes it that much more refreshing and zesty.
