To celebrate Philly Beer Week, we teamed up with Sly Fox, Flying Fish, Yards, Victory & Iron Hill to brew this dry-hopped pilsner fermented with yeast from the old Christian Schmidt Brewery in Northern Liberties and hopped with Mandarina Bavaria, Comet, and Cluster.
