With Scratch #288, we’ve combined the tart, earthy and mildly acidic blueberry with the intensely tropical Azacca hop to deliver waves of tangy pucker along with pineapple and papaya bliss. Additional dry-hopping with Azacca produces a bright aroma rife with citrus and tropical fruit notes.
