Our friends at Big Hill Ciderworks pressed dozens upon dozens of bushels of Winchester and Rome apples for this Scratch farmhouse-style ale. The sweet and tannic combination of the apples complements the distinctive fruity esters and spicy notes of the La Chouffe yeast.
