It’s another trip westward with Scratch #515 American IPA. This riff on Scratch #508 uses a few of our favorite classic “C” hop varieties. In the boil, we combine El Dorado’s notes of tropical fruit with the dank grapefruit of Chinook. Dry-hopping with Citra, CTZ, and Chinook overloads this hop bomb with zesty citrus fruit and sticky pine. Our house ale yeast strain keeps the finish dry and on the bitter side, just like a West Coast style should be!
