Brewed for this year’s Ullr Fest, our Fireside Lager commemorates 60 years of Roundtop Mountain Resort. Starting with a smooth base of pilsner and Vienna malts, we add roasted barley to impart a touch of light toast. Dry-hopping with Northern Brewer and Solero lends a hint of pine and grassiness. Crisp and toasty, it’s the ideal beer to drink around the fire after a long day of hitting the slopes.
