Kebabs

Each kit comes with 4, 8″ skewers.

Make-at-home Instructions:

  • Heat up the grill
  • Remove skewers from packaging and place on grill.
  • *Chicken – cook for about 4 minutes on each side, to an internal temperature of 165˚
  • *Shrimp – cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, to an internal temperature of 165˚
  • Vegetable – cook for about 2-5 minutes or to your liking. We also recommend cooking vegetables to an internal temperature of 165˚

pork chops

Kit Includes:

*Two pork chops (24oz) sealed with marinade
(coarse grain mustard, brown sugar, La Grave, fish sauce)

Make-at-home Instructions:

  1. Remove pork chops from fridge and bring to room temp before grilling.
  2. Heat up the grill – medium heat
  3. Remove chops from bag and place on grill.
  4. Dispose of the extra marinade.
  5. *Cook chops for about 5-8 minutes on each side, to an internal temperature of 165˚
  6. If pork chops are not fully cooked, remove from direct heat and finish cooking on top rack of grill.

Mushroom & Garlic cream Pizza

Each kit comes with:

  • Tröegs signature sourdough (frozen)
  • Shredded mozzarella
  • House-made garlic cream sauce
  • Village Crest Farm mushroom blend

Serves 1 – 2 people

Note this kit comes with frozen pizza dough

Make-at-home instructions: Learn from Exec. Sous Chef, Ben, how to make this at home with this virtual guide or use the instructions below.

    1. Pour a Tröegs beer into your favorite glass. Sip through steps 2-9.
    2. Remove dough from package and leave on counter for 2 hours or place in fridge overnight then on counter for 20 minutes.
    3. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. If using pizza stone, preheat oven with stone inside.
    4. Hand-stretch dough or use a rolling pin to make a 10″ round.
    5. Place dough on baking sheet. If using pizza stone, place dough on a well-floured peel (make sure to work quickly through the next steps to prevent dough from sticking to peel).
    6. Top dough with desired amount of sauce, cheese, and mushrooms.
    7. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown on the edges. Rotate pizza half way through cooking.

Taco Kit

Each kit comes with:

  • Your choice of either chicken, beef or black beans
  • Mid St8 Taco corn tortillas (8)
  • Rice
  • Lime
  • Onion
  • Sour cream
  • White cheddar cheese
  • House made Arbol chili sauce

Serves 2 people

Make-at-home instructions:

    1. Reheat protein in skillet over medium heat, stirring regularly to internal temperature of 165.
    2. Reheat rice in a microwave until warm.
    3. Warm tortillas by wrapping in damp paper towel and microwaving for 15 seconds (or reheat in a warm oven).
    4. Build your own taco with the available toppings or customize to make your own!
    5. Crack a beer, enjoy!

LOCAL RED ANGUS BEEF BURGERS

Kit Includes:

  • Two 4oz local Red Angus burger patties
  • Two Martin’s Potato Rolls
  • Cooper Sharp cheese
  • Bibb lettuce
  • Sliced red onion
  • Spicy Ketchup
  • Snack Bar Pickles

Make-at-home Instructions: Learn how to make it just like we do in this video how-to guide from Executive Sous Chef, Ben 

  1. Heat the grill to medium high heat
  2. Apply preformed patties to grill grate or smash your burgers directly onto a grill or saute pan
  3. *Cook burger to desired temperature
  4. Toast buns on grill for 30-60 seconds
  5. Top each bun with spicy ketchup, lettuce, onion and Snack Bar pickles
  6. Crack open a HopBack Amber Ale, whose caramel malt complements the grilled meat and medium hop bitterness cuts through fatty richness.

HOUSE BACON

Kit Includes: one pound of house cured & smoked bacon

Make-at-home Instructions:

  1. Thaw bacon
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F
  3. Spread bacon out onto baking sheet or broiling pan
  4. Cook bacon for about 20 minutes or until desired crispiness

Alternate Instructions:

  1. Fry in skillet on medium heat until desired crispiness

PULLED PORK SANDWICHES

Kit Includes:

  • 32oz slow-cooked pulled pork shoulder
  • 4oz Troegenator barbeque sauce
  • 4 Martin’s potato rolls
  • 16oz house-made slaw

Reheating Instructions:

  1. Reheat pork in skillet on medium heat, stirring occasionally – reheat to at least 165°F
  2. Assemble your sandwich, open a Troegenator and ENJOY!

Recommended pairing: Troegenator Double Bock

MACARONI & CHEESE

Kit Includes:

  • Macaroni & Cheese
  • Toasted breadcrumbs

Reheating Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Remove cardboard lid from container and cover with foil
  3. Bake covered for about 15 – 20 minutes or until reaching an internal temperature of 165°F
  4. Remove foil and top macaroni & cheese with breadcrumbs
  5. Return to oven, broil on high (but keep an eye on it so it doesn’t burn!)

HAND-PULLED MOZZARELLA PIZZA

Each kit comes with:

  • Tröegs signature sourdough (frozen)
  • Caputo Brothers fresh, naturally fermented, hand-pulled mozzarella
  • Shredded mozzarella
  • House-made tomato sauce

Serves 1 – 2 people

Note this kit comes with frozen pizza dough

SWEET HEAT PIZZA

Make-at-home Instructions:

    2. Remove dough from package and leave on counter for 2 hours or place in fridge overnight then on counter for 20 minutes.
    3. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. If using pizza stone, preheat oven with stone inside.

  • Cheese fondue
  • Mad Elf cherries
  • Green onions
  • House-made sourdough bread
  • Fuji apple

Make-at-home instructions:

  1. Crack open one of your remaining bottles of Mad Elf. Sip through steps 2-4.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Remove cardboard lid from container and cover with aluminum foil.
  4. Bake covered for 20 minutes, then remove foil and bake an additional 5-10 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown. The fondue should just be set, still with a little jiggle!

ROSEMARY & BROWN BUTTER POPCORN

Each kit comes with:

  • 3 oz. popcorn kernels
  • 1 oz. rosemary-sea salt
  • brown butter

Serves 2-4 people

Make-at-home instructions:

  • Pour a Tröegs beer into your favorite glass.
  • Remove popcorn kernels from container.
  • Add 2 tbsp oil to dutch oven or large pot (with lid).
  • Heat oil over medium high heat.
  • Immediately remove pot from heat source and add kernels.
  • Shake pot to coat kernels with oil.
  • Cover pot with lid.
  • Turn heat down to medium and return pot to burner.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes or until popping slows to every 5 seconds.
  • Remove from heat and toss with brown butter and rosemary salt; serve warm.

OKTOBERFEST PRETZEL

Each kit comes with:

  • Oktoberfest Pretzel
  • Malted barley
  • Sea salt
  • Side of cheese sauce
  • Side of mustard cream

Make-at-home instructions:

  1. Pour a Tröegs beer into your favorite glass. Sip through steps 2-6.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Remove pretzel from pizza box.
  4. Bake pretzel for 3-5 minutes until warm and crispy.
  5. While pretzel is baking, microwave cheese sauce for 20 seconds on high, stir and continue heating in 10 second increments as needed.
  6. Serve pretzel warm with mustard and hot cheese.

COOKIE DOUGH ASSORTMENT

Kit Includes: one dozen preformed cookie dough balls

  • chocolate chip tahini cookie dough
  • funfetti sugar cookie dough
  • lemon poppyseed cookie dough

Make-at-home Instructions:

  1. Pop open a Troegs beer! We love Barrel Aged Impending Descent or Bourbon Barrel Aged Troegenator to compliment the sweetness of the cookies.
  2. Pre-heat oven to 350°F
  3. Grease cookie sheet or line with parchment
  4. Bake at 350°F for 9-12 minutes or until edges begin to brown
