Tröegs to-go Curbside health safety policies

Our coworkers have been working to adhere to our internal safety policies and procedures to ensure your order is delivered to your car the safest way possible. In an effort to maintain full transparency, we wanted to share our internal process with you:

ORDER PREP
1) Coworker is to wash hands thoroughly for at least 30 seconds using hot water before starting an order.
2) Gloves are put on.
3) Gloves are sprayed with high-alcohol solution and rubbed to coat the entire hand.
4) Order(s) are picked and marked with name, pickup date, and pickup time.
5) Using high-alcohol solution and a microfiber cloth, any hand touch areas that were used are cleaned again.
6) Gloves are removed and thrown in trash.

ORDER PICKUP
1) Coworker is to wash hands thoroughly for at least 30 seconds using hot water before starting an order.
2) Gloves are put on.
3) Gloves are sprayed with high-alcohol solution and rubbed to coat the entire hand.
4) Order is taken to the guest, door is opened with knee, back or foot.
5) Order is placed next to the car door.
6) Guest to provide ID by showing through the window for inspection. When absolutely necessary, a coworker may ask to inspect the ID. This should be done by asking the guest to crack their window and pass the ID through.
7) Coworker steps away from the car before the order is retrieved and re-enters the building, hooking the door with arm to open if possible.
8) Using high-alcohol solution and a microfiber cloth, any hand touch areas that were used are cleaned again.
9) Gloves are removed and thrown in trash.
