Scratch #557 is a West Coast-style Pilsner that straddles the line between crushable pale lager and hop-forward IPA. Pilsner malt and our house lager yeast set the stage with a crisp backbone, while Lotus hops lend waves of orange and tropical fruit aromas with a hint of vanilla.
